What Dad really wants for Fathers Day

Get your DAD what he REALLY wants for fathers day.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!  Maybe a new fishing rod or a tackle box or a gift card from Sea Isle Bait and Tackle is always a Winner.  If you are a procrastinator we have the best hours around 5am – 9pm Friday and Saturday and 5-7 every other day of the week. Peyton's Flounder

Pirasea Fishing Team Won Shark Tournament

Sea Isle Bait and Tackle wants to Congratulations to Team Pirasea aboard the relentless for winning the South Jersey Shark Tournament with your 338 pound Mako.  You guys did a hell of a job.

Pirasea Fishing Team aboard the Relentless is the sponsored team of Sea Isle Bait and Tackle in the South Jersey Shark Tournament.  They are currently in first place with a 338 pound MAKO worth over $220,000.  With only one day of fishing remaining lets hope that number holds strong or better yet they get a bigger one.  Keep up the good work boys I will see you tonight.

It has been quite a weekend with lots of fish brought in.  Hear are a couple of the highlights. 

Flounder season 2014 Sea Isle City NJ

Sorry for the delay the winner of the tournament taking home $2380 was Justin kock with a 6.1 pounder second place with a 5.9 pounder  taking home a Fenwick penn combo and a $50 gift card was Ken Clayton and third was John Fergon 5.7 getting a shimano Fenwick compo and a $25 gift card. The stringer pool was won by Mason Reeves with his 3 larges fish coming in a 16.9 pounds Taking home over $800. The weakfish division was taken by Jeff Ferfon with a 6.6 taking home over $250 and the blue fish category was won by Al Crudele taking home over $250.  The flounder fishing was good and we had a great turn out with 119 anglers.  This tournament will be bigger and better next year with more anglers more prizes it will become the largest and highest pay out of any opening day tournament in the aria.  Remember every sent that is collected for the tournament is given back to the anglers we tack Nothing off the top the more anglers the bigger the pot.

More stripers from the surf in Sea Isle!

Peter V from Langhorne Pa just stopped in with a very nice 24.9lb  401/2in striper he landed in the surf at the south end of the island on clam.  There have been stripers, drum and blues in the surf all weekend but this is the biggest I have seen.
