South Jersey Striper Slam 2014

When:  November 7th 7pm till November 9th 3pm

Entry:  $125 per boat no more than 5 people per vessel.  WINNER takes all, 2nd and 3rd place will receive prizes.

Individual:  $50 There is an individual division from land or kayak.  Bridges, sod banks and beach. (NO MOTORIZED BOATS ALLOWED) 

Boundaries:  Great Egg Inlet to Cape May Inlet out 3 miles. Including all back waters in that range.  Excluding all portions of the Delaware Bay

Weigh-ins: 7am – 7pm November 8th and 7am – 3pm November 9th. You must be on the property with fish no later than 3pm November 9th to qualify. All weigh ins will be at Sea Isle Bait and Tackle.

Captains meeting: 6pm November 7, 2014at Sea Isle Bait and Tackle.

Awards Ceremony:  5pm at Shoobies Restaurant,  4001 Landis Ave Sea Isle City.  Sodas, sandwiches and sides provided.

Calcutta’s:
1.     Three heaviest stripers over allotted time period  $75 per boat
2.     Heaviest Blue fish $50 per boat

In the event of a tie, longest fish will win.  If length is the same, first fish weighed in will win.

This tournament is for the fun of all involved.  Please be courteous to all and follow NJ Fish and Game laws.

Sea Isle Bait and Tackle has the right to disqualify any boat fishing outside the boundaries or by taking fish by means other than what is commonly known as Angling.


Sea Isle Bait and tackle has the right to disqualify any persons in the Individual division fishing aboard a vessel that is capable of using anything other than human propulsion.

Fall hours we will be open 7 days a week to serve you. 6 Am - 6 Pm Monday thru Thursday, 5Am - 7Pm Friday and Saturday, 5 Am - 6 Pm Sunday. All hours are subject to change with inclement weather.
