Joe and Mark headed out yesterday afternoon for a quick striper trip and they where not disappointed. They ended up catching 4 bass with a 30 incher to take home for dinner. They reported the back bay was alive with bait and fish, with a ...follow, swirl or missed strike on almost every cast. Every fish hit on top water poppers. So Saturday there where a bunch of bass in the surf on poppers and Sunday a bunch of bass in the bay on poppers..... So go fishing there are keepers out there and throw poppers its that simple.....
